This site was set up to inform you of what will be happening
around your houses over the next several weeks.

Cornell University has retained Einhorn Yaffee Prescott (EYP), an Architectural firm, to survey your house and prepare a report on your needs and the conditions of your house. The purpose of the survey and report is to help you organize, budget and fund capital project needs. The capital projects may be related to meet program desires of the house or chapter, improvements required to improve maintenance or provide functional improvements.

We will provide an evaluation of each house using a common set of university "standards." A list of recommendations for capital projects is included - identifying recommended or required construction projects, their probable construction costs and their priority. The projects are generally related to:

• Functional or programmatic improvements requested by house members/alumni.
• Life Safety improvements.
• Technology upgrades (data/telecommunications).
• Maintenance or restoration requirements.
