Your Safety
The surveyors will all carry identification in the form of a business card/photo ID displayed on their person. Surveyors will never ask you personal or financial information, insist on entry to any space without house permission and will always be known to Campus Security.
If someone requests access without an ID, or insists on asking for personal information or insists on access to a room, call Campus Security immediately!
If you are suspicious or uncomfortable with the behavior of a "surveyor" - ask the person to leave the house and wait for an ID verification by Campus Security. Team members will be happy to do this and will allow a Campus Security officer to accompany them into the house if requested.
